Whole fish grading
The fish grader is designed to optimise and manage your processes. They incorporate a wide range of possibilities and controls that could never be obtained manually.
They are equipped with an intelligent software, developed entirely in PALINOX, easy to learn and to handle, able to provide information, monitoring, management and control of the production with great efficiency.
All its construction is designed and developed for processing rooms with a high humidity level. The components that make up this equipment are carefully selected, incorporating components of the highest precision, such as weighing units (weighing cells), electrical equipment, automats, computers and others.

Types of sorting machines
Palinox has developed two whole fish grading systems, one for frozen fish as the CLA-BR series and one for fresh fish as the CLA-TR series.
CLA-14-BR, a batching and sorting machine by arms
CLA-LOT series equipment is designed to maximize efficiency and optimize processes. They incorporate a wide range of possibilities and controls that would never be possible to obtain the same results manually. Are equipped with a computerized and intelligent software, developed entirely in PALINOX, easy to use and control. All its construction is designed and developed for processing rooms with a high level of humidity.
Machine for sorting octopus CLA-TR
Trapdoor sorting system: The hinged flap system (hinged belt sections) is a Palinox exclusive (patented) and is particularly suitable for sorting live or fresh fish as it does not hit or damage the fish; the fish simply falls by gravity to a diverter which doubles the outlets. On request, each flap can be equipped with a lower deflector (flap), which allows to double the number of sorting outlets per flap. The conveyor and the trapdoors are made of a 300 mm wide natural polyethylene belt with a stainless steel fram.
