Continuous chiller with shower system

The continuous shower cooler is a compact high performance unit for rapid cooling by shower (water) with temperature and dwell time control. Multi-product equipment adaptable to continuous lines are positioned downstream of the cooking equipment.

This equipment is custom designed according to the needs of the process and the dimensions of the plant.

They are not part of the standard equipment. Both the heating power and the dimensions are calculated according to the production and the product to be treated.
