Palinox celebrates 40 years and we have prepared a testimonial video to share with all our customers.

Andrés Ferrer, General Director and CEO, explains the beginnings of Palinox 40 years ago:
The idea was to create a company, the idea was to be able to develop special things.
We have always had the condition of making our own products, giving a unique and exclusive response to this market and well, always in the food environment, although it has also been done sporadically for other sectors.
It has been the market that has looked for us, it has always been looking for technologies to be able to develop themselves, our ability has been to respond from day one until today.
Daniel MartÃnez, chief machine manager, talks about how Palinox grew little by little:
He has been with the company for 23 years. 23 years that we started from a very small workshop, a company that has been growing little by little.
In the end, the supply of the demand will make it grow, it makes you start with small companies, looking for small machinery and in the end, they have us traveling abroad.
Ana RamÃrez, from the Administration and HR Department, tells us about the great Palinox family:
My experience over the years when a new worker joins, the first thing that is palpable is the good harmony that exists here, the good treatment that we all have, they are accompanied, so that he himself can take off.
There is a great connection between the most veteran workers and the recent workers or those who joined a few years ago. In the end, we all make a big family.
Edgar Hernández, Commercial Director, tells us about the success of Palinox:
Another thing that I think is a fundamental factor in the success that Palinox has achieved, is based on the ability to adapt to the needs of our customers.
It is based on that ability to adapt to markets that are changing year after year.
Juan Linares, Director of Engineering and Projects, tells us about the automation of processes:
As of the year 98-99 in Spain there was already a change in the fish processing plants, this change consisted in the fact that labor was too expensive and therefore every company needed automation.
What before was only a small team of a peeler, of a cutting machine, became the need to have an automated freezing line from start to finish.
Andrés Ferrer tells us about the markets:
The markets are changing, the markets are taking shape and in the end Palinox always has to be where it is most needed.
After a strong crisis that Europe suffered, well, it found its markets in America, in India, in Africa and that is how it began to be carried out, to take markets outside of Spain, to understand the markets of origin where the productions are always larger.
Daniel MartÃnez explains how they opened the world market:
In 2008 we had to look for life, we began to travel abroad and it turns out that a world market has opened up for us that we had not foreseen and we are working on much larger lines.
Being able to finish a machine starting from scratch, the satisfaction that it gives you is very positive, that is, and then when you really see the factor of the end customer who is taking the production and is taking a few kilos, well it is a great satisfaction.
Edgar Hernández talks about his experience at Palinox:
From the first day I have felt like family, it is a company that has given me the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally within it over the years.
Adaptation has been very easy, especially because during these 40 years the people who have come from behind have taken it upon themselves to leave the path paved so that the new generations, the people who are coming in like me, have it much easier.

We have a base, we have principles and that is what Palinox will continue to be in the coming years with great enthusiasm, where I have to feel very proud and I have to make way for the new generations.
